“I wanted to send a personal thank you to your team that helped install our new park area. The park looks beautiful but that is not the primary reason for my email.
One of my new homeowners was recently in the process of moving into their new home across the street from the park. They are a more mature couple and he was trying to move a sofa into their home. Without being asked, several of your crew came over and offered a hand to help him. What a wonderful act of kindness!
